Summary
Children’s hair sometimes changes color as you grow. When he’s young enough for it not to be unusual, but old enough to know he’ll get in trouble for doing something ‘freakish’ again, Harry's hair goes from his father's dark locks to his mother's bright, most-likely-magical red hair.
It changes everything about who he identifies with, who he wants to grow up to be, and who he thinks he is. Instead of having James Potter as his idol, Lily turns out to be a much better influence.

Summary
Among the other damned souls of Bridge Four, Kaladin finds himself in the company of a very strange young woman. A very strange, very strong, very angry young woman. One whose homeland he can't place, who speaks in a language that no one can understand, and who survives things that only the Heralds themselves have any business surviving.
Ranma Saotome is not having a good time. After falling through that portal in Nerima he's had to deal with freak rainstorms, evil overlords, a bridge sergeant with a chip the size of Tokyo on his shoulder, the worst system of deciding nobility he's ever heard of, getting showered with arrows, a complete lack of hot water, army rations, and everyone giving his hand weird looks.
At least there's no storming cats around.
