    “I’m not being possessive, Remus,” he insisted, falling into step with him. Sirius had to jog lightly to keep up. “I just want people to know you’re with me. That you’re not available.”

    “Why? No one bloody cares!” Remus retorted, crossing his arms over his chest. He stopped short halfway up the first set of stairs.

    Sirius huffed, “I do. You’re my boyfriend.”

    “And? Do you expect me to wear a promise ring next? How about I tattoo your name on my forehead?” Remus snarked.

    “Well, not on your forehead. That would be weird,” Sirius answered, trying for levity.
