Summary
Years before the crazy hijinks at Jerome Horwitz a much simpler story unfolds. Shelby Sneedly at only three has managed her way into being one of the brightest minds in the small town of Piqua, Ohio. She sings in the children’s church choir, cleans up after dinner, and would never throw a fit. Despite her urge to leave one day, everything she’s known was challenged when introduced to her new neighbor, Harold Hutchins.
