He loved him, he realized, sucking in the first breath of this new life, god, he loved him. When did he fall in love with him?"
Victor first meets Yuuri when his family flies all the way from Japan to move in next door. Despite Victor's parents banning him from all association with the Katsukis, they manage to grow up as best friends and, somehow along the way, end up falling stupidly, terribly in love with each other.
