Jimin’s breath hitches when fingers tangle in his hair, yanking his head back.

Hi,” the alpha says softly, taking a careful step forward. “I know you’re scared, but I don’t mean any harm. I’m with the police. I’m here to help,” he explains, holding his hands up. The omega doesn’t seem to react to his words, but his nose twitches, as if he’s trying to smell him. Jimin reaches up to his neck to rip off the scent blocker, releasing calming pheromones as he continues to speak. “My name is Jimin. Can you tell me your name?” he asks, the omega’s bright blue eyes looking straight at him, confusion flashing through them. “Try to remember,” Jimin encourages, hoping it will awaken the omega’s human side. He must’ve been in this state for a while now.
“Juh-Jungkook,” the omega mustered out, the blue light dimming in his eyes for a brief moment.
“It’s nice to meet you, Jungkook,” Jimin smiles at him, inching just a bit closer.
