Summary
Uzi's goal is very simple: murder all the Murder Drones flying free on Copper Nine so that Workers can walk the face of the planet safely. But she's a long way from being allowed outside the massive catacomb society that's built up in the 170 years since the core exploded. So for now, she'll settle for taking the night watch job at the local gladiator ring, only the biggest arena on the planet owned by the most powerful drone in the colony. And the only place where she can study living Disassembly Drones in person.
(She's totally no way absolutely not going to get attached.)

Summary
One night, Nori goes on a scrap run, despite the Disassembly Drones lingering around her colony. However, instead of meeting a Disassembly ready to stab her with nanite acid, she meets N. He is nothing more than a lump of torso, with only half his face left, having been torn apart by J after a bad hunt. Despite his past, Nori decides to take him home and give him a chance at the life he never had.

Uzi doorman, a local angsty, rebellious teen goes out to find more parts to finish her sick-as-hell rail-gun. She’s completely stopped by N, V, and J— who are perfectly functioning disassemblers. Thankfully, plot armor won’t let her die.
But sadly, plot armor can’t stop her from dying inside when she’s accepted as a murder drone.
(TLDR; Uzi is mistaken as a murder drone)

Uzi never expected it. Of course she didn't. But as she lived and breathed, the sound would come out of the two. When they were happy, when they were stressed, when they were comfortable. But still, to think murder drones could purr.
