Silent Salt had always followed the others.
When the Virtues helped the cookies around them, Silent Salt followed. When the Virtues had begun to struggle, from the corruption of their power to the cruelty of the cookies they loved so dearly, Silent Salt watched.
And when the Virtues fell, Silent Salt could not free themself from the vice grip of Solidarity.
When White Lily, the black sheep of the ancients, extends a hand of peace to them...Silent Salt realizes how afraid they are of falling back into the darkness.

But now that you're all grown up, you and your childhood friends get an invitation to the prestigious Night Raven College.It's a cruel twist of fate that you end up in the dorm with all the carnivores, unlike your friends who end up elsewhere - and even more cruel when one in particular takes a special interest in you after you keep finding him on accident.
You may not be getting hunted, but you still feel the pressure of it; and the Housewarden of Savanaclaw seems all too interested in pestering you.
