Grian frowned, glancing at Scar. He raised his eyebrows. “Yeah, I think we all do,” his words were slightly hesitant, confused as to what Scar was getting at here.
“No- No I mean I like storm chasing-” Scar frowned, like he was trying to find the right words, but they just weren't coming to him. “I’m not really here for the science part- Like you guys are” Scar continued to fumble his words, which Grian did, admittedly, find a little amusing. “Everyone else is doing some crazy science thing- Or they're recording data- Or something like that. But I just enjoy seeing the storms, y'know?” Scar finally managed to get out, leaning back against the truck like he was holding him up. “They've always fascinated me."
Grian’s smile felt weird in the presence of a stranger. Because that's what Scar was, Really. He essentially was a stranger.
