Summary
The Normandy, the ship that saved the galaxy, was ambushed in the Terminus System. Her valiant Commander Claire Shepard, hero of the Citadel, sacrificed herself to save her ship. Leaving Ashley Williams promoted and in charge of the ship, her girlfriend Liara heartbroken, and her friend Garrus confused and angry, Shepard's loss is a hard blow. Without her to lead them, the Council wants to bury the "Reapers" back beneath layers of rumors and myths. But they are still breathing down the galaxy's neck, and someone has to step up. Under Ashley's command, the Normandy is set to start its mission again, this time looking into human colony disappearances. Along the way, they might just learn what exactly happened to Shepard, and find the dark and arcane truth behind the Reapers.
