“WOW NO OK GUYS I DIDN’T MEAN IT LIKE THAT!!” He’s trying to excuse the joke he’s explaining that it’s only a joke, no real intention to hurt himself at all. He tries looking calm as he explains his ‘joke’ making more jokes along the way. In reality, he’s panicking, he doesn’t want anyone to worry about him, he doesn’t want to be anyone’s problem.
