The man hums, his lips cracking into a small smile as he turns back to Ritsuka. Fingers still splayed against the glass. And, sure, he might be crazy. But Ritsuka swears he hears angels sing.
“So weird.”
The man huffs. His eyes lock onto the embroidery of his uniform for seemingly the first time. They shine, as he looks back up.
“You work here?” He asks, almost hopefully. Something about it sends a shiver down Ritsuka’s spine. He nods. And the man wastes no time in turning to face him fully.
“Could you tell me more?”

Or, Uenoyama Ritsuka loves sea life, so much so that he decides to work at an aquarium where he meets a handsome stranger who’s weirdly interested in the animals as well. (Mafuyu sato)

Summary
The lights buzzed overhead, cigarette smoke seeping through the crack in the door. Faint sounds of chatter and shoes on wood thrum through the walls. And Uenoyama notices it all. Because, why not you know? It’s not like his heart raced in sync with the taps on the wood. Or his face burned in tandem with the droning of the artificial glow. And of course his breath speeding up was from that smoke! What else could it be? He chuffs, sweat rolling down his face as his throat bobs. Eyes closing, skin crinkling.
Maybe, this was bad.
“Uenoyama.”

“Come on, you’re telling me you wouldn’t consider sneaking into a storage closet with me?”
“Obviously, I would!” Eddie was whisper-yelling now, and Buck wasn’t sure exactly what point he was trying to make, but he was enjoying every second of this. “But one of us is going to have to have restraint and it has to be the—the one with the most experience.”
Buck felt his mouth drop open in delight. “Eddie,” he admonished. “Are you calling me a whore?”
“No!” said Eddie, looking increasingly flustered. “I just mean—clearly you have the power to do—” he gestured at Buck, “that, so you have the—the responsibility to, like, use it. Responsibly.”
“Did you just quote Spiderman?”
Eddie propped his elbows on the table and dropped his head into his hands, groaning dramatically. “I’m going to die. The first date, and I’m going to die.”
“Been there, wouldn’t recommend it.”
