Summary
Phoenix (or Agent Phoenix, as everyone seems hellbent on calling them) likes taking walks around the city when they aren't on the clock. Sure, they have a boundary they have to stay inside, but they're mostly doing it to kill time.
They usually don't have to worry about people following them, but there's been a fun new addition to the cast of characters who have taken an interest in them, so their walk is cut (unfortunately) short.

Everyone at the Agency is going off the wall, trying to find Agent Phoenix, who hasn't been heard from in over two days. Nor are their trackers showing.
Agent Phoenix, meanwhile, is going through what should, by all accounts, be a nightmare situation. Good thing they're an oddball, then.

Summary
(Agent) Phoenix has some stuff to deliver (schematics, blueprints, you know) and they're feeling punctual. Unfortunately, in this specific case, they also have absolutely terrible timing and Roxana has another guest.
Good news is, they're not doing this for the Agency, so...they can put enmity on the back burner for now.

Phoenix (they have no other name, none they're willing to wear) thinks far too hard about what trust means while they climb an elevator cable. Their definition of trust varies from that of the Agency, and they're well aware of this.
They do not trust their handler in the Agency's sense (they hold their life in their own hands, they will choose what to do with it).
However, the Agency's definition of trust is just one definition, and Phoenix has their own.

Summary
Sometimes, the people would look closer, see things they didn't expect to.
But the risk of pointing anything out always outweighed the obvious rewards (because to call a knight a liar is a crude offense, not taken lightly).
