Summary
The hero course was wack to a fault, there's always going to chaos and eccentricity no matter which class or year it is. Nirengeki Shouda expected those occasional eccentricities and usual chaos of a class of super powered teenagers who have their own distinct personalities and personal issues. What he didn't expect was the amount of chaos and shenanigans that ensue, especially after they moved into the dorms. Let's just say that he doesn't believe it when people say Class 1A is the more chaotic class of the first year hero course.
