When a trick-shot performer from Buffalo Bill's Wild West show rides into town and offers a $100 bet to anyone who can beat him in a shooting contest, no one is expecting tiny Omega!Tony to grab his trusty rifle and line up with the others to try and win the money. Alpha!Bucky is instantly smitten with Tony's beauty, then Tony's skill and when the Omega beats him shot-for-shot at the range, Bucky offers Tony a job with the Wild West Show... and his heart, if the Omega wants him.
All Tony wants right now is a way out of his life, so he signs up with Buffalo Bill and takes off across the country to wow audiences with his shooting skills and fancy tricks.
And if he falls in love with the swaggering, sweet talking, Alpha along the way? Well that would be just fine.

Summary
Tony learned from very young that others didn’t hear the music. The music that underlaid a person, their own symphony that exposed the truth of what they were behind the fake smiles and the pleasant expressions. When he was young and innocent, Tony danced to the music playing in his mind with uninhibited freedom, letting his childish laughter intertwine with it and create new harmony.
That didn’t last long.

Desperately hoping it was not, in fact, rats, Tony moved closer to the box that the rustling sound was coming from. Drawing in a deep breath and ready to jump back at a moment’s notice, he lifted the flap back and peered inside.
“Mrrp?”
Tony yelped (not screamed, he was an adult who did not scream) and jumped about five feet back before it occurred to him that rats didn’t usually make those kinds of sounds, and also, probably weren’t actually that big, even if they sometimes seemed that way to him.
Feeling a little more confident, he moved back over to the box, and lifted the lid again to find a pair of blue eyes looking up at him curiously. “Mrrp?” the cat said again, making a rumbly sort of purr sound at the sight of Tony.
“Um. Hi,” Tony said, blinking a little because... What? “What are you doing here?”

In which Tony picks up a stray cat, Bucky's cat goes missing, and Steve just wishes these two doofuses would stop pining for each other where he has to see it.
