Summary
In Chinese mythology, there are ancient spirits that were once purely animal, but are now something more. The most famous of those is the nine tailed fox, but any wild creature can become one. Often, they are tricksters. But they can also be protectors, oftentimes taking on the aspects of a human and marrying the person they have chosen.
Chu is one of these ancient spirits, a least weasel who stopped being just a weasel a very long time ago. Leander is an American who moved to China to study photography at university and learn more of the world. This is the story of their meeting, and little domestic moments in their lives as they grow to know each other and develop their lives and relationship...together.
They are going to fall in love. Eventually. If you are squicked by the idea of a human and an anthro!weasel having romantic feelings for each other, step away. If that appeals to you... welcome!! At present, there is no plot. I just get flashes of inspiration for stories for them. I don't know where this will end. But I have written up to a Good Bit, so I can at least promise that xD
