    Parker comes into the room as well and sits down onto the bed. “I am gay, just so you know. Will this be a problem?” He asks straight away. Dean finds it kind of brave that Parker just openly goes around saying that, but then again he probably cannot deny it, with his part of the room being gayer than a pride parade.
    Dean grits his teeth. “Yes”, he wants to say, but he cannot really, because he needs university housing. So the last thing he needs is Parker filling out a complaint about him for insulting him or something like that. “No” Dean says and puts on a smile.
    “You are lying,” Parker just says. “But okay”

    Or: Parker and Dean meet on their first day of university, Dean is broken and struggling with a lot of things, including internalised homphobia, Parker is just trying to have fun. They both try not to care about the other.
