He wraps the harness around his waist. “Are you sure this is going to work?” He stares at the Sheikah scientist with blue eyes full of suspicion.
“Quick release,” says Purah in answer, taking his hand and placing it on the mechanism. “Squeeze twice. Can’t be too weak about it, or it won’t take. Make sure your feet are on the platform… yep. Good.”
“Doesn’t really answer my question.”
“Only one way to find out,” says Purah as her fist smashes into the activation button.

“This is never happening again. Tell anyone and I’ll kill you.”
Zelda wouldn’t kill him, though; Link was pretty confident about that. Or, well, he really hoped she wouldn’t. And his chances were good enough, probably, because the first part (the whole “this is never happening again” thing) hadn’t ended up being true (so far). And besides that, he’d really pissed her off on more than a few occasions, so if she hadn’t killed him by now, why would she over something like this? She’d just been crying his name a few minutes ago, after all—
“Did you hear me?”
“Yes, your royal highness.” Oh, he heard her, all right. Gods, Link, harder, harder, it’s so good— “I heard you.”
