“What’s wrong?” Keqing can’t see anything worthy of shock. The room is small, and fairly empty. Two beds sit on either end, with a set of drawers and a round table on a worn bamboo mat occupying the floor space between them.
Ganyu’s mouth opens but it’s a few seconds before she answers. “I—so there’s just one room for us to share?”

In the aftermath of Rex Lapis's departure, Keqing rushes to strengthen Liyue's infrastructure and trade routes. Her first project takes her on a survey trip to a site north of Qingce Village. Despite Keqing's protests and doubts, Ganyu comes along to help in lieu of her usual entourage of assistants. The two of them couldn't be more different, but a week together has its way of unearthing secrets and words they never thought they would say to anyone, let alone to each other.

Summary
The past eleven years of Keqing and Ganyu’s relationship have been beautifully, wonderfully mundane. But despite the house they share, despite the safety of the love they have, despite the life they’ve built together, they remain well aware that Keqing is human, and Ganyu is not. They know, but are unprepared for, the pain that will bring.
Keqing has struggled—with small success—to make her peace with being unable to resolve this, and continues to try. She never expects Ganyu to present a solution: one that intertwines with Liyue’s ancient secrets, and that asks her to make decisions that will very literally change both of their lives.

Summary
Ganyu has the new Yuheng all figured out aside from one infuriating habit: Keqing returns from every work trip with souvenirs for her colleagues, whom Ganyu is certain Keqing dislikes. It doesn’t make sense, until Ganyu begins to discover that this discrepancy is a key to who Keqing is.
