Summary
There are hundreds of miles between Beleriand and Aman. Finarfin had never thought about it much. But since the Flight of the Noldor the distance haunts him. Five children he had with Eärwen. And every single one of them went over the sea.
Thousands of years pass on Arda and Finarfin has to find his own way of moving forward. And of remembering. So that when his children return, they can return to a changed and advanced Tirion. And with them happiness may also return.

This a story about Finarfin's grief and happiness. Remembering each of his children Finrod, Orodreth, Angrod, Aegnor and Galadriel we get to know Finarfin intimately.

Summary
Centuries after the departure of the Elves, the slumber of the Dwarves and Ents, and the fading of magic, Men rule Middle-earth, their empires built on technology and industry, their civilizations advanced as they developed their own philosophies, laws, and politics. While the truths of the ancient ages have been long forgotten, the Valar, ever-watchful from Aman prepare themselves, executing efforts unknown to the people who now "rule" over Arda, seemingly unchallenged, for the shadow of Morgoth stirs beyond the Void and when he regains his full power, the End begins.
The prophesied Dagor Dagorath will come—the Last Battle that will devastate Arda so it may be made anew by the Second Music of the Ainur. Centuries have passed, but the peace that has settled will soon end as the forces of light and darkness will clash for the fate of Arda. Thus shall Men, and the other Children of Ilúvatar, along with the Ainur, face their greatest challenge tested, for their choices will decide whether Arda is remade in harmony or lost to ruin. The stage is set for the greatest unity ever to clash against the full might of the Dark Powers, all while the final doom awaits...

Summary
All the Sons of Fëanor are fascinating, but Celegorm is certainly up there, because his downfall is the steepest in the entire First Age. And not just because of where he ends up, but because of where he started: as the only Elven friend of a Vala and the master of a Maia.
