Nymphdora Tonks found herself infront of her old headmaster, who had a mission for her. Super simple right? Absolutely not.
Promising her it would help her get ready for her dream job as an auror she agrees. Afterall the mission was simple.... befriend Harry Potters parents, and friends alike to change the course of history.

[REWRITE OF THE WORLD WE BUILD]They chewed on a fingernail, biting it off and regrowing it until their finger was stinging and sore.
The door behind them squeaked open slowly. Tonks did not turn around, but the crack of his knees as he joined them gave Remus away.
A long moment of silence, shoulder to shoulder in the dark. Then: “Are you alright?”
