Summary
Vegas looks familiar and strange all at once. His features are sharper. He moves with confidence that he didn’t have the last time Kinn had seen him years ago. He’d grown into himself at some point far away from home.
Vegas freezes a few steps into the room, and if Kinn wasn’t looking at him so intently he might have missed the split second of panic. He recovers quickly though, never one to be caught wrong-footed. Vegas smirks even as Big stops hiding and shuts the door.
“Well fancy seeing you here,” Vegas drawls in English. His English had always been better than Kinn’s and living outside of Thailand has only made it even better. “Hello cousin.”
It's been seven years since Vegas took Macau and ran. A lot of things have changed since then, and Kinn's found some family secrets that he needs help unraveling.

“Will I have to beat you into submission?” Porsche said, his voice raspy as he pinned Kinn under him.
Kinn spat at him, specks of blood coating Porsche’s face. “You can try,” he said, turning on his side to take Porsche with him as he kicked out his leg, hitting Porsche in the thigh.
The other man groaned, but quickly punched Kinn in the throat, making the breath leave him as he stood up and pressed a foot down in the middle of Kinn’s chest. The hard leather of Porsche’s shoes digging uncomfortably against his bare skin.
“Khun Kinn, always needing to be in control, but wouldn’t it just be such a relief if you. Just. Let. Go?” he said, stressing the last three words by pressing his foot down harder against Kinn’s chest, making his breath come out in a harsh wheeze.
“Fuck. You."

Kinn wakes slowly, nausea threatening to ruin his morning if he moves too fast. He groans but his throat is so parched that no sound comes out, his whole body aching like he died two days ago and his brain just hasn’t caught up with that fact yet. He takes a couple of deep breaths through his nose, fighting back the urge to be sick before he rolls his head slowly to the side, blinking irritably in the early morning light before scrunching his eyes back closed. There is a lump curled under the sheets next to him and he reaches out for the other body, hitting a delicate wrist. Kinn smiles to himself, knowing as terrible as he feels he's sure Porsche will feel worse. His hands wrap around the wrist and he freezes. It's too small, bones delicate and birdlike.
