Summary
Varka has spent twenty-six years at Goethe Grand Resort building a life he understands: the mountain, the work, the people who have become family, and a future he had long assumed was settled. Then, on the same night a five-year relationship ends, he meets a stranger at a bar.
Kyryll Chudomirovich Flins is charming, self-possessed, and only passing through Varka's life-or so they both assume. Two days later, Varka discovers that Kyryll is the Goethe's new Director of Heritage and Cultural Programming.
