It goes much better (and much worse) than either of them expect.

Bakugou ground his teeth, casting Kirishima a sidelong glance before answering, “I mean we don't kiss-” he began, but Dunce Face cut him off before he could finish.
“What, like ever??” The little blond demanded, slamming a hand down on the coffee table, jarring the empty glass bottle that lay on its side in the centre to spin another inch, “I thought that was gonna be the easiest dare ever for you!” He huffed.
“Dude, we totally kiss! We just don't-” Eijirou tried to explain, but Mina stuck her stupid nose in this time instead.
“But Bakugou just said you don't?” Her tone was contemplative for a moment before she snapped her fingers, “oh! Is it tough with sharp teeth? I'm sorry honey, we shouldn't have pried.” She really did sound sorry, but Katsuki was already pissed.
“There's nothing wrong with his fucking teeth! We can kiss just fine!!” He snapped, letting off a warning explosion.

"You look really nice when you're this relaxed, bro," Kirishima had whispered eventually, and Bakugou had cracked an eye open, giving him the smallest yet most striking of smirks.
"Then relax with me," Bakugou murmured, voice playful and raspy. "'Bro'."
Now whenever Kirishima called Bakugou bro, he couldn't stop thinking about that smirk, thinking about how close they were when it was so cold but he could barely feel anything but the electricity zipping through him, thinking about the word coming out of Bakugou's mouth like something from a dream. That was when he knew.
"I'm into Bakugou," Kirishima said at lunch and Kaminari spat out his juice while Sero's fork missed his mouth.
