Summary
“When I saw you… there. From the Demo’s perspective. You were gonna –” Will’s voice breaks, and Mike’s fingers twitch where they rest on the fabric of Will’s jeans. There’s no conscious thought process, but he gently rubs back and forth. “I thought of you,” Will whispers, breath catching slightly.
“Of us. When… um, when we first met, and you asked me to be your friend. I thought of that and… you know. It happened."
Mike’s eyebrows lift. Me. I did it. “Oh.”
Will glances and seems to realise all at once how much he just revealed.

Summary
Sometimes Will thinks he can feel Mike’s stare like a prickle between his shoulder blades before he even turns. Recently, that feeling has become painfully familiar.
When he finally looks back, Mike is exactly where he left him, perched backward on the WSQK couch, straddling it like he doesn’t quite know what to do with his own body. His arms are folded over the backrest, fingers hooked tight as if the couch is the only thing keeping him from floating off. His attention is on Will, unmistakably so, but it isn’t whole. It fractures, slipping sideways, snagging inside the radio station’s glass booth. Not Robin herself, not Will alone, but the air they share behind the glass, sealed off and distorted slightly by reflections and radio lights.

Mike on a late night radio shift with Robin and Will, Robin plays a song for Will and they dance together and Mike jealously tries to insert himself… 👀

Summary
After the events of S4, El and Dustin are both struggling to find their place.
El is in hiding, training for the day that she can finally defeat Vecna and start her life.
Dustin feels everything crumbling around him, and is trying to hard to keep himself from crumbling, too.
After running into each other in the middle of the night, they start forming a bond separate from the party. Dustin is helping El find herself in a world where she has only ever been told who to be. El is helping Dustin heal and grow at a time where he feels the most alone he ever has.
