Summary
Ruyi Jingu Bang has always had awareness, though overtime the qi that channels through it evolved and made that awareness sentience. RJB can turn into a human form – the staff can change size, shape, and even into a lockpick, a human form isn't impossible.
The story plays out as in canon, RJB is stuck until Wukong comes across RJB and deciding to take it with him; the AU layover is that RJB now has sentience at this point. Wukong at first doesn’t know how to go about this, far from being someone that would imprison another, but RJB doesn’t mind staying with Wukong – since Wukong came to them to ‘use’ them in the first place (though Wukong argues that its strange now since now he knows RJB can think, RJB says they *are* a weapon/tool), Wukong did free them, and Wukong doesn’t stop them from walking around when not in ‘use’.

Summary
The heroes, Emilia, Emerada, Olba, and Albert just won against the demon army and king Satan. Just as they plan to strike Satan down Archangel Gabriel and his small group of angel soldiers interrupt - surprising all as an angel appearing is very rare. Gabriel tells everyone that Satan cannot be killed, and after drawing out some tension (the ass) he then explains that the demon king cannot be killed because Satan is also the sephirot Da'at. The tree of life is withering, causing a lot of problems in Ente Isla and it needs da'at to function and hopefully revive it, leaving the heroes at a loss. Gabriel hints to Satan privately out of earshot of the others, not wanting to reveal Lailah's actions lest heaven look bad (he already left out why the tree is in its state afterall), that the Da'at thing is cause of special knowledge and the gem given to him by Lailah.
The hero's bring Satan to the western continent to be held within the walls of the Church of Ente Isla, unsure of what to do. Satan goes along with both to understand this situation as well, not being in a position to negotiate as the heroes defeated him and his army, and to figure a way to save demons. Alciel is allowed to follow them.

During a difficult battle, however, Titanic rose up and guided their victory with her strategy.
