Summary
When I've had trouble, or bad mental health days, I've written... and there was someone that told me, in a reply, to "take care of you 💜". So that's what I did, in the one way I know how: To write. To her, if you see this... thank you.
Now, if you're asking about the title? Well... I felt it needed more than just the first two words. In my mind, I see fighting my mental demons as if I'm on a battlefield, fighting in a war. And trench warfare? Some of the most brutal ever in human history... so that's how I see it in my head when I'm at my lowest. Please don't worry though: this is a form of therapy to help me out.
