Summary
1998, Los Angeles.
A heist at one of the largest casinos in the city results in $10.000.000 stolen. The heist has long been a subject of fascination due to the amount stolen and security evaded, doubly so as the two Pokémon guarding the casino were beaten to the point of knock out. Such was the elusiveness of the criminals that agents from Unova were sent to help local law enforcement with the suspicion that Pokémon's might be involved on the heist team. In the end, they would do little to affect the investigation and the case would grow cold after a year.
Theories and speculation would arise as to the true story behind this heist. The events of the heist extends further than any could imagine, a story of lost friends, betrayal, and redemption. At the center of it are two figures, a Greninja and a human. This is their story.
