Summary
AU where Gabe wasn't turned to stone
Gabe Ugliano. Once the scum of Gotham's underworld. He lead a gang of misfits who do everything from human trafficking and drug dealing to illegal weapons smuggling. One day, all of his operations were taken down by the Batman and his Robin, but not without Gabe's promise. A promise that he'd be back, with a secret weapon that would ultimately be their destruction.
