Summary
Izuku Midoriya has a quirk, but after an accident with his best friend when they were young, he never uses it. He dreams about being a hero but having a quirk that he can't even control makes it seem impossible.
After meeting a certain hero, however, everything changes.
But not all change is good, and the powers at work will affect not only Japan but his mind too.
