What if Bakugan Interspace had more than an AI Program like Dylan roaming around in Mechtanium Surge? What if one of Marucho's team members all the way back during the events of the 2nd half of New Vestoria works in a fail safe without his knowledge in case of evil infiltrating Bakugan Interspace like the Gundalians or crazy things like Mechtogan appearing?
When the explosion from Dan and Ren's unknowingly activates the previously unknown fail safe, no one - not even Barodius - is ready for what happens next. Now, a phantom is loose in Interspace who appears and disappears at will, winning brawls with his Bakugan and taking a special interest in two girls.

Against all odds, Colton Reynolds has managed to escape the Second Titan War with his own life, that of his sister Clarisse La Rue and her boyfriend Chris Rodriguez, Colton's younger brother Sherman Yang, and Colton's girlfriend Kayla Knowles, Apollo's daughter, plus that of Michael Yew, his best friend. Life seems sweet, even with the next Great Prophecy preparing to progress further. But then, both Percy Jackson, Luke Castellan, Michael and Colton disappear, and life becomes stranger than ever.

As they say, the more things change, the more they stay the same.

Colton Reynolds never expected the ride his journey in life would take starting on a fateful day in 2004. That day, he was introduced to the world of the gods in one of the most traumatic ways possible. But from those tragic beginnings, something that no one but a certain few ever thought possible began to take shape. That day set off a chain of events that would forever alter the tale of Percy Jackson, the Seven, and Apollo alongside that of the Kanes and Magnus Chase as many know it. Follow the story of a boy who went from having the worst day of his life occur in front of his eyes to getting what usually no hero of the Greek Gods gets.
