  Summary

  The Council of Plague Doctors has survived time, living through magic and tradition. Erich Stricher, the last original plague doctor, finds himself stuck with an unusual apprentice-- Atticus Thompson, a violation of natural law and time, and a pain in his ass. The two must overcome their differences in order to keep the Council together, and to prevent complete corruption.
