Summary
Seokmin has always considered himself straight. He's dated girls, crushed on actresses, and laughed at his friends' dumb jokes about "turning gay for the right guy" — because that clearly wasn't him.
Then Joshua Hong transfers into his university.
Pretty boy. Perfect grades. Too polite. Too smug. Too everything.
And for some reason, Seokmin can’t stop noticing him. Not just noticing — fuming over him.
They clash instantly.
Joshua is infuriatingly calm, always smiling that polite, unreadable smile even when Seokmin is clearly trying to get under his skin.
Seokmin swears he hates Joshua. Hates his perfect hair, hates his stupid voice, hates that he’s always so perfect.
So why does his heart pound when Joshua leans in too close? Why can’t he stop thinking about the way Joshua’s eyes soften when they’re alone?
Hate was never the right word for what he felt.

Summary
Commander Park Seonghwa is seen as professional and ruthless, one of the best strategists of the Korean Navy.
There are very specific things he’s had to endure to become the person he is today. Things that have marked his journey as a man, as a sailor. He’s dealt with his father’s disappointment, he’s suffered hate and ridicule from his peers, he’s come face to face with the worst kinds of monsters humanity can offer, he's even looked Death directly in the eyes on several occasions.
Yet, very few things have shaken him up the way Captain Kim Hongjoong has.
