He’s known that from the beginning. I mean— His was left in the hands of the worst possible people.
What happens if he gets to run away before actual canon events? What happens if he meets an annoying Slytherin git before his lifelong best friends?
What if he realized he didn’t need to restrain himself?
TLDR - a hp rewrite of what would happen if harry was a tad bit smarter and draco was less of a little shit
