    The end of the world shouldn’t be like this. It should be ending with a loud bang or a big, sad wave of applause. Not like this. Scattered military bases across a small, rather apocalyptic town, red flashed ground, rain smelling of acid and puke. The scene could remind one of a very bad horror movie, filmed in the sixties on a really, really low budget.

    But it’s the reality, the reality William Byers has started to be fine with.
    Well at least trying to be fine with. The raw apocalypse has started to seem way more soothing than attending high school under the circumstances. If will Byers was normal, maybe things would be different, easier and he could pack up and leave the government to the work. But unfortunately this wasn’t the case.

    (This fanfic is a small „prediction“ for season 5 of stranger things. It will actually focus on Byler but the plot will still be there. I’ll post at least 2 times a week, maybe less, maybe more, depends on my exams.)

    Every chapter will have the title of a song, I’ll recommend listening to it while reading the chapter! :)
