    Regulus Black and Barty Crouch Jr. escaped their abusive families by moving in with their boyfriend, Evan Rosier. Sirius Black left with them, and they'd been safe ever since. This shift was only possible because the Rosier family was filthy rich, and financially could rescue the children. In addition, Axel and Adele Rosier were wonderful parents, loving each of the boys as their own.

    James Potter was dirt-poor. His family tried to emigrate from Mexico to the US, but they were rejected at the country border. Now, they lived in France and Effie and Monty owned a small restaurant to keep their family afloat. James works there as a waiter after school and on the weekends.

    Evan, Regulus, and Barty are filthy rich, and James was dirt-poor. Their paths cross, and they fall in love, per usual.
