Summary
People like Dorothea are never the main characters of the story. Things like that are reserved for emperors or chosen ones or goddess-blessed heroes, and she's content with playing them on a stage. So when she arrives at Garreg Mach Monastery, she has two goals: graduate and find a rich husband. Easy, right? Charm is her strong suit and boys are so predictable. When a mysterious new professor shows up and takes over the Black Eagles, though, it turns out it's not as simple as she thinks, especially when the professor does not respond to her advances and keeps popping up in her thoughts...
AKA FE3H Crimson Flower from Dorothea's perspective as she navigates her goals, fears, and feelings she never asked for. All/most canon events happen but with added headcanon scenes and a deep dive into how the events of the game and the war affect her and her relationship with Byleth, whom we all know is complicated, to say the least.
(This is my first fic and I have no idea what I'm doing but I love this game so much.)
