Summary
“I’m showing you mercy by letting you keep one, but I won’t for much longer.” Russell moves to stand behind the two of them, aiming the gun forward. He motions in between Madi and Bellamy lazily. “Pick the one you want to save.”
“I — I can’t,” Clarke starts shaking her head. She stammers, tasting bile at the back of her throat, and her fingers curl into fists, digging into the fresh cuts she finds in her palm. The sting keeps her alert, grounds her back to the moment. “I won’t.”
Russell repeats the same movement as before, waving the barrel of the gun between both of them. His eyes darken, his voice growing impatient, “Choose, now, or they’re both dead.”
“It’s okay,” Bellamy promises, vehemently, as Madi’s cries grow louder, just blubbering apologies and compromises. His gaze is heavy on hers, understanding. Clarke presses her lips together, sniffing, her lungs stuttering on her next inhale. She can’t look away from him, from his resigned assurance, his silent reverence, his persistent forgiveness. “It’s okay.”
↬ Madi dies, and Clarke finds herself back on earth, struggling to move on.

Summary
An attempt at a 7x16 fix-it in which, transcendence is a choice and most chose to try live peaceful lives rather than give up. Also they have no rules about having children or what happens when they die, they just know they get to be happy. Well, at least it should've been that way.

Summary
She noticed someone sitting behind one of the trees. Long legs outstretched in front of him, and Ark guard’s jacket covering his shoulders and a head of dark messy curls resting against the tree trunk.
Clarke choked on air and froze in her steps, yanking on Wells’s hand. He turned to look at her, still smiling. She couldn’t understand how he could do that.
“He’s been sitting there, waiting for you, ever since we realised you were coming.”

Summary
Clarke sputters an indignant laugh as he takes her elbow and steers her away from the doors. “You won’t let me out of the palace and you’re calling me a difficult person? You,” she fumes, “are insufferable.”
Bellamy merely grins. “Now that’s no way to talk to your husband.”
Clarke forces herself to stalk away before she can give into the urge to throw her glass of wine at him. She doesn’t know why she bothers, though. Somehow, none of their guests seem to notice the clear antagonism between the king and queen, or maybe they just don’t care. And why should they? The two of them are just husband and wife.
They’re not actually expected to like each other.

Summary
The universe was cruel and never kind.
It was a woman screaming.
His heart stopped. He knew that voice.
It sounded like Clarke but it couldn't be. Because Clarke was dead. He'd killed her. She'd burned to Ash and dust six years ago.
“You’re all dead. I keep calling and hoping but you're all dead and I'm alone! I'm all alone!” The woman shouted.
Her voice sounding even more like Clarke. He wanted to run forward. He wanted to run away. If it was Clarke he wanted the space between them to be non-existent as soon as possible. If it wasn't Clarke, his already broken heart would hurt worse. He wasn't sure he could take the disappointment.
Aka a Season 5 au reunion with no Madi, no Becho and No Elgius...
