Summary
A jegulus centric band au fic where James and Regulus are rivals in a battle of the bands au and have to compete against each other. Enemies to lovers. The story starts just before they meet and contains their first meetings, their band battle and eventually... perhaps the dawning of a new relationship. Meanwhile, rivals Marlene and Dorcas are becoming suspiciously close, and best friends Barty and Evan seem to be more than just friends.

“Shut up, death eater!”, a voice from the cell next to his yelled. Barty couldn’t help but smile.
“You didn’t tell me they went chronologically,” he said.
“I don’t owe you any information.”
“I’m not interrogating you, calm down,” he huffed.
“Bet you’re desperate to get me to spill Order secrets so you can carry them back to your master, but I won’t be so easily played,” the voice promised.
“You’re so dramatic, Black,” Barty decided.
The second surprise when he arrived at Azkaban was when he found himself in a cell next to Sirius Black. Initially he had planned to ignore him, retain his pride and his loyalty to Regulus, but Regulus was dead, had been for a few years. Secondly; Sirius had heard him scream for his mother by the very first night, so whatever pride he had was lost now. Lastly, Barty was tired.

Hi everyone! Last year I read the original atyd and Sirius's pov, and now I'm currently reading James pov aswell. I am a huge fan of each and everyone of them and they inspired me to write this fic, Regulus's pov! This fic will be every chapter of atyd but from Regulus's pov, meaning that it will begin during the summer in 1971, just like the original, but then really get started during atyd second year (Regulus's first). This fanfic is inspired by all three authors, the original by MsKingBean89, Sirius's pov by Rollercoasterwords and James's pov by Stayindreamz all the credit for those works goes to them, please go read theirs first if you havn't. Then come back here for a new, fresh story from Regulus's perspective.
ps. The writing style of this fic is intended to match the three previous works.
pps. I am not brittish nor a native english speaker, so please excuse if there are inaccuracies in use of slang/grammar and feel free to correct me if so neccasary. -
