Meanwhile, Loki is watching over him, even when if he doesn't notice it right away."He found himself staring at the cold stone against his better judgement, the cold eyes staring back at him, having none of the warmth he was once so used to seeing on the man who had inspired its creation. Its face was fixed on a permanent serious expression, “how unbecoming for a playful trickster” he thought."

He was on the verge of a breakdown, he could feel it, at the TVA he was used to spending days without properly sleeping, it’s not like they needed much rest on a place where time doesn’t really pass anyway, but he was on a branch now, and his mortal body was almost failing him, the insipid slop he was given did little to sustain him, instead he was feeling nauseous and his head hurt more than anything, he wanted to go home, he wanted to have a warm meal, followed by a nice hot bath to rinse all of the dirt and sweat that was driving him insane and then finally, finally he would fall on his nice bed and have the best sleep of his life.
