Summary
Saint, the former god of death, has long abandoned the world of mortals to seek a "retirement" in a place beyond time and space. There they remain, with only their eternal companion, Enot, to keep them company.
But, as the two of them pass their time watching the lives and struggles of various slugcats, they both begin to change, both in how they see each other, and how they see themselves.
