Summary
Now that the site had been shut down and closed, as time passed, the Gardenview Education Center's equipment was starting to break down. With no maintenance left to make sure everything was in good conditions, Toons had to do with what they had.
In the more recent years, there has been multiple cases of the air conditioning breaking down in Toon rooms, though those weren't that bad since they commonly happened during spring, when they were less needed.
Though it wasn't until one of those cases happened in the middle of January, in the dead of winter.
