Tim looked like a deer in headlights at the sound of me finally speaking. “It’s okay, baby,” he said, dropping the rag and moving so he was directly in front of me. “It’s going to be okay.” I let out another choked sob as I wrapped my arms around him, pulling him close to me as I could. Tim was quivering in my touch as he tried to stay strong. “I’m sorry. I’m so sorry,” he mumbled, pressing his face into my hair. “We’re going to be okay, yeah?”

Of course.", you mumbled and you didn't look like you would really keep to that but then again, Punz doubted anyone would ever have feelings for them aside from anything sexual and it was probably the mystery that drew you to them, that they touched you and gave you your first orgasm and after a few times your curiosity would be satisfied and you'd go back to be lovesick with Techno.
A last mistake before being with your fated love, that's what this would be.
