Summary
Inko Midoriya is many things. The oldest living person on earth, holder of a quirk that lets her steal other peoples quirks, the single highest ranking villain in the entire world. But more than any of that, she is a good mother. However, in a world where only women get quirks, bringing a male child into the world during the turmoil of the dawn of quirks, she instead finds a weak time stop quirk to delay her child's birth till it's safe.
But no matter the side she fights on, she's only one person and the world gets worse and worse for her yet unborn child, and so, in an era of peace brought about by a new hero, Gal Might, she finally decides to fade into history. Izuku Midoriya is born, a boy with a dual aspect quirk. One part All for One, one part Time Stop.
In a world where more than 95% of the population is female, and that male population is quirkless, Izuku will become a hero, drag the world into a better future for all, and sire a new generation of people stronger than any that precede it. Not that he knows the latter two.
This will quickly devolve into smut, as Izuku is given ever increasing reign to spread his seed. He will still be the kind, friendly green bean we all know and love though.
