Summary
Stone, released early for once, decides to indulge in a night to herself, something she usually wouldn't have the time nor energy for.
Even though Robotnik was the one who let her go, she also needed to tell Stone about her newest project, which absolutely could not wait until 12 hours later when Stone was back into work anyway. With Stone not answering her calls, she does the only logical thing.
Shows up at her front door! Because that is completely acceptable.

The CAT (soCializing Agent Tactic) Program had but one purpose: create strong bonds between people suited to each other’s emotional needs to build a sense of community and improve both parties’ mental health. CAT Agents were paired with anyone working within the complex which G.U.N. didn’t want to risk upsetting.
Agent Stone would be perfect for Ivo.
Ivo just…needed to get tired of driving CAT Agents to insanity, first.
(In which Robotnik and Stone first meet through the CAT Program, after Robotnik suffers through a previous CAT Agent mistreating him. AKA, Commander Walters plays matchmaker.)

Robotnik had one skill when it came to relationships and that was his ability to intimidate others, and now that skill was failing him.
