"Robin is a touchy-drunk, just as Nancy has turned out to be. She’d never gotten all touchy-feely after drinking, but when she’s around Robin she can’t take her hands off of her, and Robin can’t seem to, either. At first it was little touches on the arm, fingers loosely interlocked as they excitedly danced when Eddie played a song they knew. Then, it transformed to touches on the waist, shoulders and knees knocking whenever they sat down, pinkies interlocked tightly as they walked to get more drinks. And now it’s transformed to…something else entirely."
Or: Nancy and Robin's friendship develops into much more from defeating Vecna, a couple of sleepovers, and a lot of booze.
