Summary
He picked up his phone, his thumb hovering over Jeonghan’s contact. He should have missed him. But all he felt was a hollow ache and a simmering rage. He deleted Jeonghan’s number. He couldn’t do this anymore. He couldn’t keep reliving the lies, the betrayals, the shattered dreams. He couldn’t keep fighting for someone who wasn’t fighting for him.
Seungcheol's eyes dried as he realized the truth. He didn't have to mourn what never lived. He didn't have to waste another tear on someone who had never deserved them.
