   Summary

   With Pearlman having escaped to the Outer ring, Wise and Billy head to the Outer ring in search of answers about the Vision conspiracy. However their trip to the outer ring takes a unexpected turn as they find themselves laced up in Helping Billy's old gang, The Sons of Calydon in participating in the Tour de Inferno. Wise bonds with the quite eccentric group but his thoughts always seem to drift towards thier leader Caesar king.

   While the Vision conspiracy is put on hold Wise and the Sons Of Calydon find themselves wrapped up in strange happenings during the preparation for the tour de inferno...
