Looking down, he finally gets a good look at their trophy. A shark mer, and considering the smaller size, probably a teenager or young adult. Jesus, It’s an ugly thing, that’s for sure. It has an extremely gaunt face, its grey skin basically vacuum formed to its skull. His eyes drift, focusing on the hands, webbed like they sometimes are. That’s the part that always got him. The hands look nothing like his, but the face looks…Strange strange strange.
