He turned to Sirius and pulled him in for a hug too, “And you, you absolute idiot. Not leaving me a note before dashing off here? The things I thought had happened-” Remus shook his head.
“I’m fine, we’re fine.” Sirius took his hand, kissing Remus’ cheek to reassure him. Seraphina felt an odd, warm, fuzzy feeling go through her when she saw this display of affection. It’s almost like they were a real family. Sirius caught her staring and smiled, pulling her into a hug between the two of them.
“Gah! Sirius!” Seraphina wriggled and tried to escape.
“Ah ah ah! You’re stuck with us now.” Sirius chuckled, and him and Remus held on tighter. Seraphina relaxed into the hug, experiencing a kind of comfort like never before.
