A little background:
Vi and you were an inseparable duo throughout middle school to high school, not a good one though. The two of you would get into fights, sneak out of school to do mindless things, and many other things that don't benefit any of y'all. During your sophomore year, something inside of you changed. You don't know what, but you just decided to be a good person to society. Not Vi, though, in fact, she seemed to get worse after Vander's death, a reasonable reason, but not a good one to do whatever she would get arrested for in the middle of sophomore year.
Hearing the news from Powder, she was arrested and thrown into jail for god knows how long. With the records of her light jail time starting from 8th grade, it seemed the police have enough of letting her go by Juvie.
Since that day, you haven't heard from her. It's for the best You told yourself over and over again to shake off the guilt.
Now, you're in your second year in college, engineering with Powder and Ekko, who seemed to have moved on from Vi as well.
You worked at a bar during the night, starting your shift around 8:30 pm-12 am, since all your classes were morning classes.
